For Quantum, it is a source of pride to work with such an important company like ALFAGOMMA: between 2021 and 2022, for the sites of S.Atto, Mangone and Figline, we have been responsible for the redevelopment of the lighting system of the production areas, outdoor areas, offices and storage and warehouse areas. As always, we built and developed an ad hoc LED project, tailored to the real needs of the client.

In detail, Quantum took care of the replacement of the old technology with the latest generation LED luminaires, also integrating the control system, thus satisfying the energy efficiency component: thanks to the Quantum intervention, ALFAGOMMA achieved 78% total energy saving.
In order to guarantee the required lighting requirements, more than 1600 total LED lighting points were installed, replacing the previous, now obsolete ones. All work was done in compliance with the UNI EN 12464-2021 standard.
Thanks to our intervention, costs were lowered, including maintenance costs. On the other hand, the value of the infrastructure, which is now lighting-efficient, has increased. Finally, ALFAGOMMA was able to reduce its CO2 emissions by a total of 561 tonnes.
