Alfagomma – Hydraulic Figline

In 2023, Quantum carried out an extensive lighting upgrade at the Alfagomma Hydraulic S.p.A. factory in Figline Vegliaturo (CS), an Alfagomma Group company and a global leader in the production of hydraulic hoses and systems for industrial fluids.

The project, developed as a completeturnkeysolution, involved all functional areas of the site: production lines, warehouses, storage areas, offices and outdoor spaces. The objective was to renew the entire lighting system, improving its quality, energy efficiency and compliance with safety regulations.

The first phase included an in-depth technical analysis of the existing installation, which revealed major criticalities: in some areas, there were low-quality LED lamps, which had already deteriorated and turned chromatically towards blue, compromising both visibility and visual comfort.

Thanks to customised design and technological replacement with high-efficiency luminaires, it was possible to standardise the lighting throughout the plant, optimising light output in every room and improving working conditions for operators.

The plant was also equipped with the intelligent QLight™ system for the management, use and monitoring of energy consumption, based on interconnected digital components and solutions. This approach has led to a significant reduction in energy consumption and costs, while at the same time increasing productivity, safety and well-being in the workplace.The intervention carried out by Quantum is part of a broader vision of sustainability and innovation, in which lighting is no longer a simple technical service, but a strategic tool for improving the efficiency of the company, the quality of the environment and the health of workers.
