To transform your lighting system into a savings generator, we replace the lighting bodies in use with new digital LEDs connected to the Internet. Our turnkey project is carried out without introducing changes to the wiring of the existing electrical system.
The use of LED fixtures equipped with Quantum’s innovative QLIght ™ (Internet Connected Lighting) remote management solution for energy efficiency guarantees ambitious savings without sacrificing the levels of average illumination, glare and color rendering required by law to dynamically and independently adjust the intensity of the luminous fluxes of each lighting body according to the contribution of natural light and the actual activities in progress in the various areas of relevance, they ensure the achievement of high levels of energy efficiency and the improvement of the quality of the service
The Qlight™ Control System
System: The system proposed by Quantum allows a complete control of the lighting system through a network of interconnections arranged hierarchically (Smart Grid) that allows to remotely control every single lighting point according to sensor inputs or predefined profiles, to manage alarms and to report consumption/savings.
Light point level
Interconnected luminaire integrating the SW (Quantum Light Controller).
The luminaires all have their own intelligence and the ability to react to inputs from the physical level of the QLight system (switching on/off, dimming) and to behave accordingly, either individually or in groups, according to the scenarios programmed and synchronised with production activities.
Each luminaire is uniquely identified by a digital address that allows the software application to recognise its topology (physical position) in the lighting system network and to dynamically program its behaviour in real time according to the actual activities taking place.
Electrical panel level
Departmental control panel that, through the insertion of the Quantum Q-GRID™ module, builds and maintains connections with the lighting fixtures and between the various electrical panels.
It represents the micro SmartGrid™ of the plant that allows the Quantum solution to be interconnected and interact at the level of the work centre, department, offices, plant. The set of QGrid modules, and therefore of the various electrical panels in the department, represents the network of interconnection and exchange of information between the lighting system and the software applications that govern its use in industrial processes.
At plant level, the supervision of the individual network elements of the Quantum energy efficiency solution is carried out via the Quantum Light Manager (QLM) gateway. The Light Manager interfaces with standard communication mode, the network of QGrid modules.
