Assimoco Group

The Assimoco Group is a point of reference in the national insurance scene, with a structure rooted in cooperation and mutuality. Consisting of Assimoco S.p.A., active in the non-life branch since 1978, and Assimoco Vita S.p.A., active in the life branch since 1988, the Group represents a solid model rooted in the network of Cooperative Credit Banks and Raiffeisen banks, with a capillary presence throughout Italy thanks to more than 300 partner institutions and 100 traditional agencies.

In 2019, Assimoco chose Quantum Lighting as its technical partner to embark on a concrete path towards energy efficiency and management innovation. The first step was to carry out a complete energy diagnosis at the Group’s Milan headquarters, which revealed important margins for optimisation in terms of both office lighting and consumption monitoring.

Following the audit, Quantum supplied and configured an advanced digital system for energy data collection and analysis, capable of measuring consumption in real time and detecting major quality anomalies in the internal electrical distribution network. The collected data is returned via an intuitive interface with customised graphs and KPIs to support energy control and management activities.

Quantum’s integrated approach, combined with the technical quality of the proposed solutions, led Assimoco to strengthen its collaboration, also entrusting us with the design of a new high-efficiency LED lighting system for the offices, oriented towards visual comfort and sustainability. The lighting design took into account the specific needs of each working environment – open spaces, meeting rooms, transit areas – to ensure uniformity of light, reduced glare and optimised consumption, in compliance with the UNI EN 12464-1 standard.

In 2021, Quantum became the official Energy Manager of the Assimoco Group, taking an active role in ongoing energy management and strategic consulting. This role includes supervising consumption, proposing improvements, supporting ESG reporting and monitoring energy performance on an annual basis.The Assimoco case represents a virtuous example of long-term collaboration, where technical expertise, strategic vision and environmental responsibility come together to generate measurable value, concrete savings and well-being in the workplace.
