Public and Urban Lighting
Street lighting enters the smart age.
Technology and light for safer, more liveable and connected cities. Quantum designs lighting systems that reconcile people’s needs in the urban context
Smart street lighting for the urban energy transition
Quantum designs and implements connected, high-efficiency public lighting systems, designed to meet the needs of municipalities, public authorities and network operators. We intervene on streets, squares, parks, green areas, cycle paths, car parks, roundabouts, pedestrian crossings and public spaces, providing a complete service: from lighting design to the supply of LED lighting fixtures, from installation to the commissioning of the remote control system.
Public and urban lighting is one of the most powerful tools for improving the face of a city and the well-being of the people who live in it. It is not only about ensuring visibility in the evening hours, but also contributing to road and pedestrian safety, urban decorum, usability of public spaces and environmentalsustainability. An efficient, intelligent and well-designed lighting system is a truly strategic infrastructure for the contemporary city.
Illuminating the city means creating connections.
Lighting is not just about switching on lights, but about building anintelligent infrastructure that improves safety, reduces consumption and increases the quality of urban life.
The aim is to transform light into a strategic tool for generating energy savings, collecting useful data and creating concrete value for citizens and administrations.
Smart and real-time management.
Our solutions integrate QLight™, the remote management platform developed by Quantum for intelligent point-to-point control of luminaires, and the Quantum GIS Service, an advanced geo-referenced mapping and digital asset management system, which enables planning and monitoring of activities on the ground.
Customised design and regulatory compliance
Each project is developed in full compliance with sector regulations (UNI EN 13201 and D.M. 28/03/2018), with a focus on uniformity, visual comfort, glare reduction and light pollution. The objective is not only to illuminate, but to transform lighting into an intelligent infrastructure capable of generating savings, data and value for citizens and administrations.
Energy efficiency and environmental sustainability
Quantum’s LED systems drastically reduce consumption and environmental impact, limit light pollution and allow access to incentives and white certificates (TEE).
