Energy Diagnosis, as defined by the European Directives of 2012/27/EU, is ‘a systematic procedure aimed at obtaining adequate knowledge of the energy consumption profile of a building or group of buildings, of an industrial or commercial activity or facility, or of public or private services, at identifying and quantifying cost-effective energy-saving opportunities, and at reporting the results’. The Energy Diagnosis report consists of 2 parts:
