Visual comfort and efficiency in Lamberti S.p.A. offices

For its site in Albizzate (VA), Lamberti S.p.A., an international group active in the production of chemical specialties for a wide range of industrial sectors, selected Quantum to carry out the lighting retrofit of its office spaces. The project involved the Management Building and the Staff Building, areas dedicated to administrative and managerial activities, where lighting quality and people’s well-being play a key role.

The project included the complete replacement of the existing lighting fixtures with new high-efficiency LED solutions, specifically designed for office environments and integrated with presence and daylight sensors. This configuration enables automatic lighting management based on space occupancy and natural daylight contribution, without the use of a centralized lighting control system.

The detailed lighting design, developed on the basis of on-site surveys, ensures illumination levels compliant with UNI EN 12464-1/2 standards, improved lighting uniformity, and a significant reduction in visual fatigue during daily work activities. The intervention also contributes to a substantial reduction in energy consumption and maintenance requirements, improving the overall quality of the working environment and supporting Lamberti Group’s commitment to sustainable and efficiency-driven solutions.
