Union Industries – Masserano Project

Union Industries S.p.A., a leading company in the production of industrial components and precision mechanical systems, chose Quantum for the complete retrofit of the lighting system at its Modena facility, covering production areas, warehouses, and outdoor spaces.

The intervention is part of a technology innovation and energy optimization path, aimed at improving operational sustainability and employee well-being. Obsolete fixtures were replaced with high-efficiency LEDs, integrated into the advanced Quantum system.

The project was preceded by a comprehensive technical survey and an energy assessment of the existing system, crucial to identify inefficiencies and design a tailored solution. Special attention was given to uniform light distribution, glare reduction, and compliance with safety regulations.

Thanks to the Quantum system, each light point is now controllable and programmable according to operational activities and natural light conditions, ensuring maximum energy efficiency without compromising visibility and safety.
