The ‘Nuova Sabatini’ capital goods measure is the facility made available by the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy with the aim of facilitating access to credit for businesses and increasing the competitiveness of the country’s production system.

It is aimed at micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), provided that they are duly established and registered in the business registry, not in liquidation or subject to bankruptcy proceedings, not in difficulty, and with their registered office in Italy. All productive sectors are eligible, including agriculture and fisheries, with the exception of the financial and insurance sector.

This measure finances investments for the purchase or leasing of machinery, equipment, plant, capital goods for productive use, hardware, software and digital technologies (the above must have functional autonomy) with a low environmental impact, as part of programmes aimed at improving the eco-sustainability of products and production processes.
