IDV (Iveco Defence Vehicle SpA), an Italian company that is part of the Iveco Group, with headquarters in Bolzano, Italy, produces defence and civil protection vehicles. During this year, it decided to embark on a virtuous path towards energy efficiency.
For the lighting efficiency, IDV chose Quantum Lighting as its single point of contact, totally entrusting the project to them with a turnkey solution.
About 1100 lighting fixtures were installed to serve 11 buildings, from warehouses to IDV’s vehicle welding and assembly departments, as well as the vehicles’ test benches.
The work was carried out in record time: in July 2023, IDV entrusted us with the project, which was installed between August and September 2023, and the testing and handover of the operational system in mid-October 2023.
For this important project, Quantum relied on the product quality of its partners, Detas Dleds and Cree Lighting, two major companies, market leaders in the production of LEDs and innovative lighting solutions.
